Last updated: July 11, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 10-Day Speaker Mastery Program and any related content, materials, and services (together, the "Service") provided by Lamine Sidibe("we", "us", or "our"), trading as Find Your Voice. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is offered by Lamine Sidibe. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at support@freshstartcode.com.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
  • infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
  • attempt to interfere with the Service's security (including probing, scanning, distributing malware, or scraping);
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content;
  • circumvent any technical limitations or access controls.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all speeches, vocabulary guides, delivery tips, software, documentation, and branding. Upon enrollment we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial development as a speaker.

5. Payments, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay any amount due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit to the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
