This Privacy Notice explains how Lamine Sidibe, trading as Find Your Voice ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the 10-Day Speaker Mastery Program and related services (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service.
1. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and login credentials.
- Purchase data: order records, subscription status, and related metadata. Payment card details are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are not stored by us.
- Support communications: messages you send us and their metadata.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP.
2. How we use your data
- To create and operate your account and deliver the Service (contract performance).
- To process purchases and refunds through our Merchant of Record (contract performance and legal obligation).
- To provide customer support (contract performance and legitimate interests).
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
- To improve and develop the Service (legitimate interests).
- To send service-related communications and, where you have consented, marketing communications (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
3. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors that help us run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling).
- Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, for processing sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
- Professional advisers (such as legal and accounting professionals) where necessary.
- Public authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process your data outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) for those transfers.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
